PROJECTS
Do Happy Project

What does it mean to Do Happy? How was this concept born?
You will learn about the origin of this movement and adopt a new way to think about Happiness when Happy becomes a Verb!

This assembly will encourage students to identify what activities give them a sense of well being, and will better prepare them to identify, choose, and participate in opportunities to do just that .

An added bonus is that the entire presentation includes and teaches sign language, which is an action based model of communication.

DID YOU KNOW???
American Sign Language (ASL) is the only language that you TALK by MOVING YOUR HANDS…
you TALK by DOING (HAPPY)
American Sign Language is a form of communication made up of complete vocabulary & grammar but is expressed through physical movements of the hands & arms rather than through speech.
